Introduction
The Ten Eunuchs sought to wield power in the imperial court of the Han empire. The power of the Han dynasty declined due to political infighting and the corruption of the Ten Eunuchs. When a famine struck this led to an uprising called the Yellow Turban rebellion. With a weakened imperial court, the Han called on the support of their frontier generals to put down the rebellion. Far from squashing the rebellion, instead new warlords sprung up in this powervacuum. In this chaotic and disunified era some seek to unify the country in either a bid to support the Han dynasty or to establish a dynasty of their own.
